Bianca Sulkowicz


BArts Dance, BEdu (Secondary), Cert IV in Performance, ADV & AcrobaticArts Certified

From the age of three, Bianca has been engaged in all genres of the Performing Arts. Her dance career has seen her travel within Australia, Japan, America & New Zealand, working alongside Dean Perry and Kylie Minogue, choreographed for Australian Dance Idol, and has taught in several Sydney based dance studios. Bianca has kept a close association with Showcase The Australian Dance Championships, hosting Ballrooms at the National Finals on the Gold Coast. Bianca’s acting success has seen her appear in the Mini Series Brides of Christ and several guest roles in TV series such as Water Rats, Police Rescue, A Country Practice and Home & Away. Bianca is delighted to share with you the wonderful talents of the Stepaside students.

Rebecca Cavenagh


BEdu (Birth to Twelve) & ADance (Performance), ADV Certified

Rebecca began her dance training at the age of 3 in the styles of Jazz, Contemporary and Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Ballet. With 9 years dance teaching experience, Rebecca now holds a BEdu (Early Childhood & Primary) and is continuing her education as a current student at AMPA (Academy of Music & Performing Arts) to complete an Associate Degree of Dance (Performance).

Rebecca has and continues to work with industry professionals and has had a variety of performance opportunities within TV & Film. Joining the Stepaside team in 2013, Rebecca loves watching her students grow from strength to strength in a positive and inspiring atmosphere.

Sally Dangar


Dip of Performing Arts, Certified ADV & Dance Health Alliance Teacher

Sally is a Graduate of ED5INTERNATIONAL and comes with extensive training in various genres of dance, voice and acting. She has completed Ballet, Tap and Jazz examinations with the British Ballet Organisation (BBO) and Australian Teachers of Dancing (ATOD). Sally has worked on the Australian Dance Spectacular – Disney Performing Arts, Universal Studios LA, P&O Pacific Jewel and the Australian Dance Festival. Sally has 11 years teaching experience, and an award winning choreographer; most recently winning NSW State Champions in the Primary Division Two of Wakakirri 2018. Sally has featured as a dancer in the Australian film “Ladies in Black”, “Home & Away”, “Love Child” and “A Place To Call Home” and she loves being part of the team at Stepaside Studios!

Aidan Tuaimau-Gadsdon


Diploma of Performing Arts

Aidan is a diverse dancer with training in Hip Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet, Musical Theatre and Tap. Graduating from ED5INTERNATIONAL, Aidan has toured NSW and Adelaide in the Katy Perry Tribute Show as a dancer. He was a dancer for Kieron Kulik for the 2014 Sony Entertainment upcoming movie premiere and worked with Sally Hare for the 2014 Kiss Goodbye to MS campaign on Channel 7. He has worked as a singer/dancer across Sydney featuring in the Arnotts Gaga Ball, the NRMA Insurance Awards and he recently toured with the Michael Jackson Legacy Tour. Aidan is a signed artist with Dargie Entertainment and has been a teacher for six years. He loves being part of the Stepaside Team.

Melissa Flynn


Melissa started out as a dancer at age 4 in Classical Ballet being trained in R.A.D syllabus before progressing to learn Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical and Musical Theatre. She has competed in various state-wide competitions in Ballet, Contemporary and Jazz. Through many years of training Melissa achieved Advanced Level in R.A.D Ballet. Now teaching, she creates a fun and enjoyable environment for all students, brand new to experienced dancers.

Natalie Pierangeli


BEdu (Primary)

Having started dancing at a young age, Natalie is trained in a variety of style, completing Ballet examinations under R.A.D and has completing her Advanced Classical Ballet examinations under Cecchetti Ballet Australia. Natalie has performed and competed in various competitions at a national and international level, having recently just returned from competing in Orlando, Florida placing 5th overall.

Currently studying a Bachelor of Primary Education Natalie’s love for working with children is evident and enjoys watching students grow from young lovers of dance to mature, hard working students.

Diploma in Performing Arts

With over 13 years experience, Cameron started in his hometown of Canberra, training with students to sit exams with BBO and ATOD. In 2014, Cameron won the Jazz Choreographer award for the NSW state dance and cheer Competition. He has choreographed Wenona School's production of Mary Poppins and The Wizard of Oz, as well as being the resident Choreographer for Luna Park, Sydney. Cameron has worked internationally on Princess Cruises, Universal Studios Singapore and toured Australia and New Zealand with the Michael Jackson The Legacy Tour. He has worked for mentors such as Amy Campbell, William A Forsythe, Luke Joslin, Cameron Mitchell, Neil Gooding and Jason Winters. Cameron has worked on “A Place to Call Home” (Seven Network), House of Bond (Nine Network) and Pacific Rim Two (Legendary Pictures). He has worked with Bloom Creative Productions, Packemin productions and he has recently began work as lead vocalist for the award winning group “The Tap Pack”. Cameron is thrilled to be working with the students of Stepaside.

Cameron Boxall


Brooke is an all-round Dance, Cheer & Tumbling Coach in and around Sydney. As a Australian All Star Cheerleading Federation (AASCF) member & athlete, Brooke is dedicated to the promotion and advancement of All Star Cheer & Dance as a respected athletic discipline and sport. She is an AASCF accredited coach and continues to compete at the highest level at Australia’s largest National competition series. Brooke joined Stepaside Studios in 2018 & has hit the ground running in her role of Head Cheer Coach at our School. She has quickly developed an innovative, inspiring programme, mentoring our mini, youth, junior & open teams. Brooke is committed to providing a platform where her athletes at Stepaside can learn life skills that will serve them well for years to come -  teamwork, dedication, loyalty, commitment, compromise, hard work=results.

Kate Lindsay


Kate has been associated with the teaching faculty at Stepaside Studios for over 3 years. With professional industry experience & a strong love for Classical Ballet, Kate continues to teach and train her students. Having trained from an early age at Lane Cove Dance Academy in all genres of dance, Kate brings a wealth of knowledge to all students at our School. Kate holds a WWCC and coordinates backstage at our end of year Concerts.

Megan & Isabelle joined the Stepaside student teacher-assistant program in 2018, supporting the junior programs of the School. Having been with us since 2012, Megan & Isabelle are diligent and dedicated senior students of Tap, Ballet & Contemporary genres who now bring their passion for dance to our younger generations.
